A RESOLUTION ADDING FEES TO THE FEES ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 2 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has determined that certain
services performed for members of the public should be charged for the benefit of the
public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College
Station that the following fee schedule is adopted for the services provided by the City of
College Station:
The following services provided by the City of College Station shall be paid for by the
recipient of those services, the fee for which shall be as follows:
· ANIMAL PERMIT FEES
1. Livestock/Poultry Permits:
(a) Permit Application $30.00
(b) Reinspections $15.00
(c) Variance Application $75.00
Animal Breeder, Retailer/Wholesaler, Caretaker, and/or Renter Permits:
(a) Permit Application $30.00
(b) Reinspections $15.00
(c) Variance Application $75.00
