~ WHEREAS, the City of College Station havln~ determined
./., .~-:f--: the necessity of acquiring a 10.41 acre tract for use
(~';,~ ~: as a park, parking lot and other public facilities for
',~;~ the Wolf Pen Creek Corridor Project Master Plan; and

x-,;C--' WHEREAS, the C~ty Council having determined that it is
~<~!.,'i~, necessary to acquire the public access described in
,~,~.~ Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution, and that the
~..~.t. public need requires the acquisition of same in such

~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
