A RESOLUTION SE'l-rING FEES LICENSING ANIMALS, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOGS, CATS, POT-BELLIED PIGS AND
FERRETS, AND FOR OTHER RELATED SERVICES PURSUANT TO
CHAPTER 2.B OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has determined that
certain services performed for members of the public should be charged
for the benefit of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
College Station that:
The following fee schedule is adopted for services provided by the City of
College Station:
License Fee
Duplicate License Tag Fee
Delinquent Fee
Special Permits Under Section B(7)
Optional Microchip Implant Fee

These fees shall become effective on October 1, 1995.
