A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE
EXISTING RESOLUTION GOVERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR
GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station that:
Resolution Number 5-25-95-C-2 governing assessments charged and
collected for garbage disposal, which is provided to residential and
commercial users by the City of College Station, shall be amended to add
the following provisions:
Section V., Rates for Users of Front-End Loading Compacting Containers,
shall be added to read as follows:
"The charges for garbage collection and disposal for places of business that
can best be served by front-end loading containers shall be assessed
monthly based on container size and frequency of collection per week,
according to the following schedule:

The rates set forth herein shall be effective on all invoices submitted by the
City of College Station to users on or after September 1, 1995.
