RESOLUTION NO. 11-20-96-7-k (.2)
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE EXISTING
RESOLUTION SETTING THE FEES FOR CERTAIN SERVICES PROVIDED BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH REGARD TO WRECKER COMPANIES
DESIRING TO PERFORM NON-CONSENT OR ROTATION LIST TOWS.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of College Station on November 20, 1996
amended Ordinance No. 1814 establishing the fees to be assessed to wrecker companies to
obtain annual tow vehicle permits and for the company to be included on the Police
Rotation Wrecker list; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College
Station that Resolution Number 07-13-89-05 governing fees for tow vehicle permits and
police rotation list services, be amended to provide:
Annual Tow Vehicle Permit .................... $15.00 per vehicle
Annual Fee To Be Included On the
Police Wrecker Rotation List .................. $200.00 per company
