A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, AMENDING THE SECTION I,E,4a OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES HANDBOOK,
REGARDING MEDICAL & DENTAL INSURANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Council had adopted a Policies and Procedures
Handbook by Resolution in 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend its personnel policies from
time-to-time;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of College Station,
Texas, that;
The City of College Station amends Section I,E, 4a regarding Medical and
Dental insurance to add a provision providing medical and dental coverage
until age 65, at the employee's expense, for any Public Safety officer
separated from service due to injury suffered in the line of duty or a hot
pursuit.
