A RESOLUTION ADOPTING LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PLAN FOR IMPACT FEES FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1992, the City Council appointed the City's Planning and Zoning Commissiolt,
as the City's Impact Fee Advisory Committee in Resolution No. 6-11-92-1.10; and
WHEREAS, as required by Section 395.058Co) of the Texas Local Gov~nmcot Code, tho Commltt~
includes at least one r~prescotative of the real estate, development or building industry who is not an
omploy~ or official of a political subdivision or government entity; and
WHEREAS, information about the Land Use Assumpfion~ and Capital Improvements Plans were made
available to tho public on July 11, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committe~ has revieveed and filed written comments on the Land Use
Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan for Service Areas "97-01" and "97-02" on September 4,
1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that a public hearing and consideration of adopting the Land Use Assumptions and
Capital Improvements Plan for Impact Fees, and proposed impact fees as set out in Exhibits 97-01A and
97-02B entitled "Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan, Sanitary Sewer Service Area
"97-01" - Spring Creek Drainage Basin" and "Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan,
Sanitary Sewer Service Area "97-02" - Alum Creek Drainage Basin" shall be set for the llth day of
December, 1997.
