A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR CITY HALL
DECOMPRESSION AND RENOVATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed and completed by
Arkitex Studios, Inc.; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Arkitex Studios,
Inc. for an amount not to exceed $54,000.00 for the design and
construction observation of the City Hall Decompression and Renovation
Project.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby finds that Arkitex Studios, Inc. is the most
highly qualified provider of the services for the City Hall Decompression
and Renovation Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualifications.
PART 3:
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the City
Facilities Fund.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 28th day of October, A.D. 1999.
