A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING AN IMPACT FEE SEWER LINE AGREEMENT WITH THE
CROWLEY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO PROVIDE DESIGN PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SPRING CREEK PHASE II IMPACT FEE SEWER
TRUNKLINE~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, authorized the Spring
Creek Drainage Basin Impact Fee Sanitary Sewer Service Area "97-01"; and,
WHEREAS, Chapter 15 of the City of College Station Code of Ordinances authorizes
credits or offsets against the impact fee due for owner financed capital improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, an Impact Fee Sewer Line Agreement for the design of Phase II of the
impact fee sewer trunkline has been signed by the Crowley Development Corporation;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves the Agreement with the Crowley
Development Corporation for the design of Phase II of the impact fee
sewer trunkline.
PART 2:
That the Crowley Development Corporation shall be entitled to
reimbursement for the design cost as credit for impact fees due upon
development in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in said
Agreement and Chapter 15 of the City of College Station Code of
Ordinances.
PART 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
