A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR CONCEPTUAL, PRELIMINARY, AND FINAl.
DESIGN OF THE NORTHGATE WATER MAIN AND MASTER PLAN I~R().IECI
(PROJECT NO. WT-9805)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, authorized tine negotiation
professional services contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed and completed b3 I~Jrban
Design Group; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1'
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Urban Design Group
for an amount not to exceed $73,685.00 for the conceptual, preliminary, and
final design of the Northgate Water Main and Master Plan Project.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby finds that Urban Design Group is the most highly
qualified provider of the services for the Northgate Water Main and Master Plan
Project on the basis of the demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 3:
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from Water Utility Funds
totaling $500,000.00.
PART 4:
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage
ADOPTED this 8th day of July , A.D. 1999.
