hereby, on oath, state the Following: I have a substantial interest in a business entity or in real property that may
receive a special economic effect that is distinguishable from the effect on the public as stated in Texas Local
Government Code Chapter 171.

a decision of the public body of which I am a member.
Alternatively, even if I do not have a "substantial interest" as defined by Chapter 171 of the Texas Local
Government Code, I am filing this affidavit so to avoid the appearance of impropriety. My interest may be
