issue.
Response: The page was inadvertently included through forma�ng in Civic Clerk.
9.1- Ad Valorem tax rate 2023-2024

Ques�on: Last council mee�ng we were told that budget discussions would con�nue on the agenda on
the Aug 10 agenda, are those discussions under item 9.1?
Response: Yes, discussion on the proposed tax rate can include discussion on the proposed budget the
tax rate will support.
9.2- UDO Clean Up

Ques�on: On page 238 outlines a Landmark Commission whose members are appointed by city council
every 2 years. I don’t remember such a group coming thru on our board appointees list nor is this board
listed in the binder of boards and appointees provided to us by the city secretary. Is this board s�ll
ac�ve?
Response: The Landmark Commission is no longer ac�ve, but it remains in the ordinance in case there is
a need in the future
