7.6 Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the award of Annual Agreement for City
Wide Landscape Maintenance and Mowing to Green Teams, Inc. not to exceed the amount of
$1,077,221.

Question: Can we add park only in authorized locations and specifically not on sidewalks or landscape into
the scope of services?
Response: Section 6.06 of the contract, compliance with laws requires the contractor to comply with all
applicable federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, ordinances, and other laws. This requirement
would include parking regulations and restrictions. We will remind the contractor that parking on the
sidewalk is not allowed.
7.7 Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding Change Order 1 to the Greens Prairie Road
Widening Phase 2 Project construction contract with Larry Young Paving, Inc in the amount of $226,830.

Question: Is this the new county section, or exclusively portions of Greens Prairie within the city limits?
Response: This change order applies to Phase 2 only, which is wholly within the city limits.
