By ordinance of the City Council of the City of College Station on
June 14, 1984, it was determined that the construction of a portion
of Holleman Drive was necessary, and on May 14, 1987 , it was deter-
mined after public hearing that all or part of the costs of such
construction be levied and assessed and made a lien on the property
abutting thereon; the area of Holleman Drive which was constructed
and needs to be assessed being as follows, to-wit:
That tract described as a certain 0.72 acre tract lying
and being situated in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract
No. 46, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being
a portion of that same 6. 34 acre tract conveyed by James
E. Jett, Trustee, to J. Garland Watson, Inc. , by deed
recorded in Volume 657, Page 638 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, located on that portion of Holleman Street from
Texas Avenue to the East Bypass Feeder Road (West) , all
as shown on the diagram attached hereto as Exhibit "B" .
At this time the City of College Station, Texas
gives of
assessment against the owners of the property abuttingnthe cabovethe
described area and against such property for not more than ninety
percent (90% ) of the cost of grading and stabilizing the street bed
material and one hundred percent ( 100%) of the cost of the construc-
tion of the curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, in and on the above-
described area.
This assessment made against the property has been set in the amount

MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE
ABSTRACT NO. 46
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
Being all that certain 0.72 acre tract lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, and being a portion of that same 6.34 acre tract conveyed by James E.
Jett, Trustee, to J. Garland Watson, Inc., by deed recorded in Volume 657,
Page 638 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the west corner of Lot 19, Richards subdivision, as shown
by a plat recorded in Volume 137, Page 25 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
THENCE N 46° 00' 55" W for a distance of 329.55 feet to a 1/2" iron rod
found for the PLACE OF BEGINNING, said iron rod lying in the centerline of
the proposed Holleman Drive right=of-way.
THENCE N 44° 56' 55" E with the aforementioned centerline for
distance of 462.49 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for the beginning of a
curve to the right; a
THENCE N 57° 24' 47" E with the aforementioned centerline for a
distance of 431.67 feet along chord of said curve havin a
24° 55' 44" and a radius of 1000.00 feet to a 1 2" g centra angle of
