THAT, MYRNA J. HUGHES, TRUSTEE, GRANTOR, of the County of Brazos,
State of Texas, for and in consideration of the payment of TEN
and NO/100 DOLLARS, cash, and other good and valuable considera-
tion, in hand paid to GRANTOR by the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED,
SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, and
CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a Texas Municipal
Corporation, certain rights and interests in the nature of a
Temporary Construction EASEMENT on and through the following
described property:
Being a strip of land in the J.E. Scott League
in College Station, Texas, twelve and one-half
( 12.5 ' ) feet in width through Lots 14 and 15
in Block 1 of College Park, an addition to the
City of College Station, Texas, according to
plat of record in Volume 38 , Page 602 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, being a
part of that tract conveyed to Myrna J.
Hughes, Trustee by deed recorded in Volume
769 , Page 391 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas.

to the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and as-
signs, forever, and GRANTOR does hereby bind himself, his heirs
and assigns, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular,
these rights and interests unto the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, and its successors and assigns, against every person whom-
soever lawfully claiming , or to claim same, or any part thereof.

Beginning at the most easterly corner of the said Hughes tract
which is also the most northerly corner of that tract conveyed to
Edsel G. Jones by deed recorded in Volume 754, Page 202 of the
Official Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Thence N 47° 48 ' W - 70.0 feet along the northeast line of Lot 14
and Lot 15 to the most northerly corner of the said Lot 15;
