COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT, PAT cCRORY, Trustee of the D. E. McCRORY ESTATE, of the
County of .....� , State of Texas, and J. B. HERVEY, of the
County of Brazos, State of Texas, GRANTORS, for and in considera-
tion of the payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS, and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid to GRANTORS by the CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do
GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, a
Texas Municipal Corporation, certain rights and interests in the
nature of a perpetual EASEMENT on and through the following
described property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the Crawford Burnett League in
College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being a
part of the 0.794 Acre Reserve Tract of Pecan Tree
Estates Phase Two as recorded in Volume 390 , Page
287, said tract of land also being part of the same
land called 8.923 acres conveyed to J. B. Hervey
and Dorsey McCrory by Dora Watson by deed recorded
in Volume 341 , Page 591 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas.
Provided , however, that this conveyance shall

unto the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and
assigns, forever, and GRANTORS do hereby bind themselves, their
heirs and assigns, to warrant and forever defend, all and
singular, these rights and interests unto the CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, and its successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming , or to claim same, or any
part thereof.
