State of Texas, the present legal and equitable owner and holder
of that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum
of $100 , 000 . 00 , dated January 23 , 1980 , executed by the BLUE
DOLPHIN CLUB, INC. , a Texas Corporation to JAMES FLORENCE,
TRUSTEE, payable to the order of PLANTERS AND MERCHANTS STATE
BANK, more fully described in a Deed of Trust, duly recorded in
Volume 273 , Page 793 , of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas . Renewal and Extension of Deed of Trust dated June 14 ,
1983 , recorded in Volume 582 , Page 703 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas; said note being secured by said Deed of
Trust against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated herein for all
purposes.
For a good and valuable consideration paid to the un-
dersigned , the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the
