KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT the undersigned, of the County of Brazos and State
of Texas, the present legal and equitable owner and holder of
that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
$1 , 350 , 000 . 00 , dated December 7 , 1983 , executed by KRENEK TAP
PROPERTIES, a Texas partnership composed of JAMES H. WOODS and
WELDON E. JORDAN to ROY V. SIMMONS, TRUSTEE, payable to the order
of FIRST CITY NATIONAL BANK of BRYAN, more fully described in a
Deed of Trust, duly recorded in Volume 636 , Page 659 , of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas; said note being secured by said
Deed of Trust against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated
herein for all purposes.
For a good and valuable consideration paid to the
undersigned , the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the City of College Station by a
document executed by KRENEK TAP PROPERTIES, and recorded in the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
It is expressly agreed and understood
SUBORDINATION shall in no wise releaser that this
imir
lien or liens against any other property cor o owners of Sany
interest therein, nor shall the priority of said lien or liens bey
affected except as to the City of College Station.

Texas , twenty ( 2C ' ) feet in width through that 85 . 75 acre tract
conveyed to Stephen L . Baker , et al by deed recorded in Volume 386,
Page 555 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , and lying ten
( 10 ' ) feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning in the southwest line of State Highway NO. 6, S 48 degrees
23 ' 45" E — 10 . 0 feet from the most easterly corner of that 22 . 796
acre tract conveyed to Peyton Waller by deed recorded in Volume 327 ,
Page 90 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Thence S 41 degrees 13 ' 40" W — 105 .8 feet through the said Stephen L.
Baker tract , parallel to and 10 ' from the line between the said Waller
tract and the said Baker tract, to the end of this easement .
