THAT the undersigned, of the County of Brazos and State
of Texas, the present legal and equitable owner and holder of
that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
$988 ,957 . 24 , dated December 7 , 1983 , executed by KRENEK TAP
PROPERTIES, a Texas Partnership composed of WELDON E. JORDAN and
JAMES H. WOODS to STUART F. LEWIS, TRUSTEE, payable to the order
of STEPHEN L. BAKER, EMILY MARIANNE BAKER and RALEIGH MARK BAKER,
more fully described .in a Deed of Trust, duly recorded in Volume
636 , Page 671 , of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and
assigned to First City National Bank of Bryan by instrument dated
January 9, 1984, and recorded in Volume 639 , Page 656 , Official
Records of Brazos County, Texas ; said note being secured by said
Deed of Trust against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated
herein for all purposes .
For a good and valuable consideration paid to the
undersigned, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged , the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the City of College Station by a
document executed by KRENEK TAP PROPERTIES, and recorded in the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
It is expressly agreed and understood that this
SUBORDINATION shall in no wise release, affect or impair said
lien or liens against any other property or owner of any interest
therein, nor shall the priority of said lien or liens be affected
except as to the City of College Station.

Page 555 of the Deed; Records of Brazos County, Texas , and lying ten
( 10 ' ) feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning in the southwest line of State Highway NO . 6 , S 48 degrees
23 ' 45" E — 10 . 0 feet from the most easterly corner of that 22 . 796
acre tract conveyed to Peyton Waller by deed recorded in Volume 327 ,
Page 90 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas .
Thence S 41 degrees 13 ' 40" W — 105 .8 feet through the said Stephen
hen L.
Baker tract , parallel to and 10 ' from the line between the said
tract and the said Baker tract, to the end of this easement .
