Robertson Survey, Abstract No. 202, Brazos County, Texas, out of a 51.83 acre tract, same tract being the remaining portion out of the original 530.00 acre tract described as Tract No. 1 in the deed for 478.18 acres from J.A.C. Developers, Inc., to W.D.
