KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT the undersigned, of the County of Brazos and State
of Texas , the present legal and equitable owner and holder of
that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
$10, 000. 00 , dated FEBRUARY 18 , 1980 , executed by KEITH COWAN,
payable to the order of LUTHER G. JONES, more fully described in
a Deed of Trust, duly recorded in Volume 274 , Page 576 , of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , said note being secured by
said Deed of Trust against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated
herein for all purposes.
For a good and valuable consideration paid to the
undersigned , the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the City of College Station by a
document executed by KEITH COWAN,
and recorded in the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas.
It is expressly agreed and understood
SUBORDINATION shall in no wise release that this
lien or liens against any � affect or impair said

SOUTHWOOD SECTION 25
Being a strip of land 10 feet wide for a water transmission line easement
situated in the Crawford Burnett League in College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, being a part of Lot 39E, Block 14 of the Southwood Section 25, College
Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume 445, Page 213 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas, the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement being more
fully described as follows:
BEGIN at a FM 2818 right-of-way monument in the south corner of Lot 39, Block
14 of said Section 25; Thence N 46° 22' 47" E, a distance of 239.30 feet
along a common line between said Lot 39 and the northwest right-of-way line of
FM 2818 to a point; Thence N 43° 37 ' 11" W a distance of 19. 58 feet along a
common property line between said Lot 39E and Lot 39D, Block 14 of said
Section 25; to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE N 45° 29' 55" E, a distance of 84. 78 feet to a
point;
located on the common property line between said Lot 39E and Lotd39G, nt Blockng
14, of said Section 25, and also being located 20.89 feet from the northwest
right-of-way line of FM 2818 along said common
ty line;

An additional easement for construction purposes is granted for a period of
one (1) year from the date hereon, said construction easement being a 30 foot
wide strip of land and the centerline of said construction easement
corresponding to the centerline of said water transmission line easement.
