It is understood and agreed that any and all equipment and facilities placed upon said property shall remain the property of GRANTEE. GRANTORS expressly subordinate all rights of surface use incident to the mineral estate to the above described uses of said surface by GRANTEE, and agree to sublender' s subordinations on behalf of GRANTEE upon request. FREEMAN TRACT Being a strip of land 20-foot wide for a permanent public utility easement situated in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas, out of a 5.79 acre tract conveyed to James 0. Freeman by deed recorded in Volume 249, Page 205 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. The boundary of said 20-foot easement being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for the most southerly corner of said Freeman tract; said iron pin also being on the easterly right-of-way line of Texas Avenue; THENCE N 45°30'44" W 285.0 feet along the northeasterly right-of-way line of said Texas Avenue to a point for a corner, said point also being on the southerly boundary line of an existing 20-foot utility easement recorded in Volume 320 , Page 36 y of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE N 42°33'41" E contiguous with said existing easement boundary line a distance of 20.01 feet to a point for a corner; THENCE S 45°30'44" E 285.67 feet to a point for a corner; said point also being on the southeasterly property line of said Freeman tract; THENCE S 45°13'16" W 20.0 feet along the southeasterly property line of said Freeman Tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING and the end of this Description.
