KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That RED LOBSTER, A DIVISION OF GENERAL MILLS RESTAURANT GROUP, INC.
(hereinafter also referred to as Grantor) , of the County of Brazos, State
of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($10.00) cash in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas (here-
inafter also referred to as Grantee) , a home rule municipal corporation in
Brazos County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, and by these presents does grant unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, an underground electrical utility Easement on and through
all and every part of the following described tract of land:

Grantor reserves unto itself, its successors and assigns, the right of
access and parking on, over and across the Easement herein granted.
If Grantee makes repairs to the utility lines within the Easement
area, it will return the Easement area to as nearly the same condition as
same was in prior to said repairs.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and interests hereinbefore described
unto the said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and
assigns, forever, and does hereby bind its heirs,
executors, adminis-
trators, successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend, all
