Being a 0. 12396 acre tract (5,400 s.f. ) for the purpose of instal I ing
underground electric service, and being a part of Lot 1 , Block
V, University Park Subdivision Section I I , platted and recorded
in Volume 532, Page 829, Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas,
and being more properly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron rod marking the front common property
corner of Lots 1 and 2 of said Block V, said rod also being located
on the northerly right of way line of University Drive;
