City of College Station, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation in Brazos
County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED
SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto .the
said City of College Station, Texas, certain rights and interests in the
nature o.f'a general underground electrical utility EASEMENT on and through
all and every part of the following described tract of land:
BEING ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING LOT ONE (1) , PARKWAY CIRCLE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO PLAT WHICH WAS FILED FOR RECORD ON JANUARY
15, 1982, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO.

said EASEMENT to be used for the purpose of installing, removing, maintaining,
servicing, and replacing underground electrical lines and related equipment.
