That STANFORD ASSOCIATES, LTD.
of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for and consideration of
the sum of TEN AND NO/l00 ($10.00) DOLLARS cash in hand paid by the
City of College Station, Texas , a home rule municipal corporation in Brazos
County, Texas , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRAN1ED
SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the
said City of College Station , Texas , certain rights and interests in the
nature of a general underground electrical utility EASEMENT on and through
all and every part of the following described tract of land:
Field notes of a 9.01 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated
in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7, Brazos County, Texas and being a portion
"df a 17.03 acre tract conveyed to College Station No. 17 Limited by John. A. Vogler, .
trustee, by deed recorded in Volume 331, Page 625 of the Deed Records 'of, Brazos
County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at the north corner of the aforementioned •17.0 acre tract, same. .•

being the point of intersection of southwest right-of-way; line of Welsh Street
with the southeast right-of-way line of Nevada Street;

THENCE S 34°33'14" E along the said southwest right-of-way line of Welsh
Street for a distance of 1010.84 feet to the east 'corner of said 17.0 acre tract
same being the point of intersection of the southwest right-of-way line of Welsh

THENCE S 57°14'10" W along the northwest right-of-way
Parkway for a distance of 391.20 feet to an -iron rod for corner;of Southwest
