COUNTY OF BRAZOS )
THAT the undersigned , of the County of Brazos and State
of Texas, the present legal and equitable owner and holder of
that one certain promissory note in the original principal sum of
$42,000.00, dated January 25, 1979, executed by Navajo Limited,
payable to the order of University National Bank, College Sta-
tion, Texas, more fully described in a Deed of Trust, duly
recorded in Volume 256, Page 41 , of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, said note being secured by said Deed of Trust
against, AMONG OTHER PROPERTY, the property as described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated herein for all
purposes.
For a good and valuable consideration paid to the
undersigned, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby ack-
nowledged, the undersigned hereby EXPRESSLY SUBORDINATES the
above-described lien to the easement and right-of-way heretofore
or contemporaneously granted to the City of College Station by a
document executed by Navajo Limited, and recorded in the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas.
It is expressly agreed and understood that this SUBOR-
DINATION shall in no wise release, affect or impair said lien or
liens against any other property or owner of any interest there-
in, nor shall the priority of said lien or liens be affected
except as to the City of College Station.

Being a strip of land in the Crawford Burnett League in College
Station, Texas, twenty (20' ) feet in width through that 7.76 acre
tract conveyed to Navajo , Ltd . by deed recorded in Volume 337,
Page 500 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , and lying
ten (10' ) feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning in the southeast line of the said Navajo, Ltd. tract
which lscaled also the northwest right-of-way line of F.M. 2818, at a
85 --degrees 27 ' 27",. W - 22 . 90 feet from a cedar
post found marking the most easterly corner of the said Navajo ,
Ltd. tract at the intersection of the northwest right-of-way line
of F.M. 2818 and the southwest right-of-way line of the Southern
Pacific Railroad.
Thence N 26 degrees 56 ' 17" W - 197. 10 feet through the said
Navajo, Ltd. tract to an angle point;
Thence N 29 degrees 40 ' 59" W - 362.20 feet parallel to and sixty
feet (60 ' ) from the centerline of the said Southern Pacifi
railroad to the end of this easement in the northwest line of the
said Navajo, Ltd. tract which is also the southeast line of that
14.58 acre tract conveyed to Dan McGill, Joseph McGill and Van
Millican by deed recorded , in 'Volume
Records of Brazos: Count 323 , Page 455 of the Deed
