KN0W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS *

That Aldersgate United Methodist Church
of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for and consideration of
the sum of TEN'AND NO/l00 ($10.00) DOLLARS cash in hand paid by the
City of College Station, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation in Brazos
County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED
SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, certain rights and interests in the
nature of•a general underground electrical utility EASEMENT on and through
all and every part of the following described tract of land:
Being that land conveyed to Aldersgate United Methodist Church by Windwood
Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volumn 564, page 292, of the Deed of
Records of Brazos County, Texas. --

said EASEMENT to be used for the purpose of installing, removing, maintaining,
servicing, and replacing underground electrical lines and related equipment.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and interests hereinbefore described
unto the said City of College Station, Texas and its successors and assigns

forever, and / whereby binds itself , its �•

Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
