THAT WE, ROBERT CALLAWAY CORPORATION of the County of Bexar, State of Texas,
for and in consideration of the sum of $1 .00, and the futher consideration of the
enhancement of the value of the land, paid by and moving from the City of
College Station, a Municipal Corporation of Brazos County, Texas, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant bargain, and convey unto the City of College Station, its
successors and assigns, a right-of-way easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaing aw6" Fire Protection Water Lines. said City, across a certain
tract of land situated in Brazos County, Texas, described as follows:
Being utility easements lying and being situated in the TREEHOUSE SUBDIVISION
of the City of College Station, in the J.E. SCOTT LEAGUE, In Brazos County, Texas
as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 310, page 685 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by Metes and Bounds as follows:
Easement No. 1
Commencing: at a %" iron rod (found) for corner at the most Northerly corner
of said tract;
THENCE: S 19o30'25" E - 158.01 feet to a point of angle;
THENCE: S 70029'35" W - 35.00 feet to the point of beginning, said point
being on the centerline of a 10 foot width easement ( 5 feet each side of
centerline) ;

It is specifically understood that the City of College Station and its
assigns shall be granted free ingress, egress and regress to and from said
strip of land for the purpose of making improvements on, and repairs to the
aforesaid, as shall be necessary and convenient at all times.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said City of College Station , Texas, a
Municipal Corporation as aforesaid, for the purposes aforesaid, th- 'remises
above described.
