COUNTY OF BRAZOS
That We, Joe Courtney, Inc. , a Texas corporation, hereinafter
called Grantors, for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, do grant unto the City of College
Station, Texas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the
Grantee, and to its successors or assigns, a perpetual easement with
the right to enter upon the lands of the undersigned, situated in Brazos
County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows :
Being an easement to „ , ,0„' ), feet in.width lying five (5 ' ) feet each side
of the following described centerline :
Beginning in the northeast line of Longmire Drive, S 40 degrees 39 ' 13"
E - 52. 5 feet from the common corner of Lot 15 and Lot 16 in Block 18 of
Southwood Valley section 4B, an addition to the City of College
Station, Texas, according to plat of record in Volume 367, Page 239 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Thence N 49 degrees 20 ' 47" E - 346. 14 feet parallel to and 52. 5 feet
from the line between the said Lot 15 and the said Lot 16 to the existing
utility and drainage easement and the end of this easement.

maintaining a ter ine./
Said Grantors covenant that they are the owners of the above described
lands and that they have lawful authority to convey said easement for
the purposes herein expressed .
