Know all men by these presents, that GALINDO-WOOD, INC. of the
County of Brazos, ' State of Texas for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 dollars to me cash in hand paid by the City of College
Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas, duly
incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed,
and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City
of College Station, Texas certain rights and interests in the form
of a PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT on and through the following described
property.
University Park, Phase II, owned by Galindo-Wood, Inc. , a plat
of which is recorded in Volume502,Page105 , Deed Records Brazos County,
Texas.
Said easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
Public Utilities more particularly described as follows:
A ten foot (10' ) wide Public Utility Easement contained within
Lot 11, Block H, University Park II. The POINT OF BEGINNING being
the angle point of an existing P.U.E. common to lots 8, 11 , and 13
of Block H and thence, continuing the existing easement parallel to
the easternmost lot line of Lot 11, Block H, S 14°52'21" E for a dis-
tance of twenty five feet (25' ) to the boundary of Lot 12, being the end '
of said Public Utility Easement.
