Know all men by these presents, that Galindo-Wood, Inc. , of the
County of Brazos , State of Texas , for
and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 dollars to me cash
in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation
in Brazos County, Texas, duly inco.rpolated under the general laws of the
state of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto
the said City of College Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests in
the form of EASMENTS on and through the following described property.
A 124. 53 Acre Tract of land owned by Galindo-Wood, Inc. as recorded in Volume
476, Page 24, Deed Records, Brazos. County,, Texas. This tract excludes a 25.
Acre tract known as University Park 1, a plat of which is recorded in Volume
, Page , Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas.
Said Easements for the purpose of constructing and maintaining Public Utility
Easements are more particularly described as follows:
1. A 10.00' wide Easement BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right of way
of Tarrow Street located S 4° 50' 51" W and a distance of 15.03' from the
southwesternmost corner of Lot 1, nook D, University Pari: 1,
THENCE S 88°57' 42" E for a distance of 268.09' , parallel to a public alley,
THENCE N 85°0 0I" E for a distance of 339.27' parallel to a public alley
THENCE N 4°59' 59" W for a,distance of 135.31' , parallel to a public alley
to the end of said Easement.

To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described
unto the said City of College Station, Texas and its successors and
assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and ad-
ministrators to warrant and forever defend,all and singular these rights
and interests unto the said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors
and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to
claim the same, or any part thereof.
