of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for
and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 dollars to me cash in
hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in
Brazos County, Texas, duly incorporated under the general laws of the State

and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests in
the form of EASEMENTS on and through the following described property.
A 124.53 Acre tract of land owned by Galindo-Wood,Inc. as recorded in
Volume 476, Page 24, Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas. This tract excludes
a 25. Acre tract known as University Park I, a plat of which is recorded
in Volume , Page , Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas.
Said Easements for the purpose of constructing and maintaining Electric
Guy Wire Easements are more properly described as follows:
1. A 5.00' wide Guy Wire Easement BEGINNING at the southeasternmost corner
of Block D, University Park I
THENCE S 4° 59' 59" E for a distance of 30.00' to the end of said Easement.
S T12. A 5.00 ' wide Guy Wire Easement BEGINNING at the southeasternmost corner
of Block D, University Park I ,
THENCE N 85° 0' 1" E for a distance of 30.00' to the end of said Easement.
3. A 5.00' wide Guy Wire Easement BEGINNING at the southwesternmost corner
of Block E, University Park I,
THENCE S 4° 59' 59" E for a distance of 30.00' to the end of said Easement.
4. A 5.00' wide Guy Wire Easement BEGINNING at the southwesternmost corner
of Block E, University Park I ,
THENCE 5 85° 1' 1" W for a distance of 30.00' to the end of said Easement.
