Know all men by these presents , that AREPROGRESS CORPORATION
and BUILDING CRAFTS, INC . of the County of Brazos, State of
Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of on ($1 . 00) dollar
to us in cash in hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas,
a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas , duly
incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto
the said City of College Station, Texas , certain rights and
interests in the form of an ELECTRICAL EASEMENT on and through
the following described property.
All of that certain strip of land lying along and adjoining Lots
1 through 18 inclusive, as shown on the Plat of Townhomes I to be
Access Easement, as recorded under File Number188183, Deed
Records, Brazos County, Texas, and an additional strip of land 25
feet in width lying along the Northeast boundary of said
Subdivision.
To have and to hold the rights and interest herein before
described unto the said City of College Station, Texas, and its
successors and assigns forever and We do hereby bind ourselves ,
our heirs , executors and administrators, to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular these rights and interests unto the said
City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim
the same, or any part thereof.
Witness our hands this 3rd day of December, 1980 .
