Know all men by these presents, that I, GLADYS DIVIN, by Lynell Divin Rabe Walke
Guardian, of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for
and in consideration of the sum of $140.00 dollars to me cash in hand paid by
the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas ,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas , the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station , Texas, certain rights
and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the following described property.
BEGINNING at the intersection of the proposed Southeast right-of-way line of
Holleman Drive and the Southwest right-of-way of Dexter Drive;
THENCE S 44048'00" E a distance of 140 feet to a point;
THENCE S 45°12'00" W a distance of 120 feet to a POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing S 45012'00" W a distance of 20 feet to a point;
THENCE N 44048'00" W to the proposed right-of-way line of Holleman Drive
a distance of 140 feet;
THENCE along the proposed right-of-way of Holleman Drive a distance of 20 feet;
THENCE S 44°48'00" E a distance of 140 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing
approximately 0.06 acres, more or less.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto
the said City of College Station, Texas and its successors and assigns forever and I
do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of College
Station, Texas , and its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part therepf.
