and in consideration of the sum of $ 10.00 dollars to me cash in hand
paid by
the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station , Texas , certain rights
and Interests_ in the form of an EASEMENT on and throu•h the followin. described ro•ert".
Lot 6 Block 23 of the W.C. Boyett estate partition as recorded in Volume 100,
Page 441 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said easement having a
width of 15 feet and ling 71/2 feet either side of the centerline described
herein;
Commencing from the common corner of Lot 5 & Lot 6, Block 23 of the W.C. Boyett
estate partition along the north R.O.W. line of College Main Street 19.34 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE from the north R.O.W. line of College Main, turning a right deflection angle
of 71°31' 04" in a northwesterly direction 118. 95 feet to a point in the west line
of Lot 6, said point being the ending point of the easement described herein and
lying 122. 38 feet south of the northwest corner of Lot 6.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto
the said City of College Station, Texas and its successors and assigns forever and I
do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of College
Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
Witness the execution hereof on the 22 Day of October 1980
