Know all men by these presents, that JW and Anna Maria Wood
of the County of Brazos '
State of Texas for
and in consideration of the sum of $ 10.00 dollars to me cash in hand paid by
the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas , the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station , Texas , certain rights
and Interests_in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the following described property.
Lot 6 Block 23 of the W.C. Boyett Estate Partition as recorded in Volume 100,
Page 441 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said easement having a width
of 15 feet and lying 7a feet either side of the centerline described herein ;
Commencing from the southeast corner of Lot 6 and the southwest corner of Lot 5,
Block 23 of the W.C. Boyett Estate Partition along the common line of Lots 5 & 6
for a distance of 83.29 feet to a point for PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE turning a left deflection angle of 97°22' 26" from the line common to
Lots 5 & 6 in a northeasterly direction 40. 15 feet to the ending point of the center-
line of said easement; said ending point also being the point of intersection with
an easement across Lot 6, Block 23 of the W.C. Boyett estate partition, which
intersectingeasement is further described in a deed of even date herewith and re-
corded in the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto
the said City of College Station, Texas and its successors and assigns forever and I
do hereby bind myself, my heirs , executors and administrators, to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City of College
Station , Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
Witness the execution hereof on the 22 Day of October 1980
