Know all men by these presents, that Kenneth W. Schick,
Trustee, (Grantor), of the County of Harris, State of. Texas, for
and in; consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to me cash in
hand paid by the City of College Station, Texas, a municipal
corporation In 'Brazos County, -Texas, (Grantee) duly Incorporated
under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt of which
Is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold, and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of
College Station, Texas, certain rights and Interests In the form of
an EASEMENT on and through ;the following described property.
