Know all men by these presents , that I , Charles Cemino
of the County of Brazos , State of Texas for and in
consideration of the sum of one ( $1 . 00) dollar to me cash in hand
paid by the City of College Station , Texas , a municipal corporation
in Brazos County , Texas , duly incorporated under the general laws
of the State of Texas , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ,
have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant ,
sell and convey unto the said City of College Station , Texas , certain
rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property. Being a strip of land 20 feet in width
in the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County , Texas ,
being a part of that 11 . 55 acre tract described in Deed recorded in
Volume 200, page 53 , a part of that 11 . 55 acre tract described in
Volume 201 , page 138 , and a part of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 1 of Bernadine
Estates according to plat of record in Volume 278 , page 74 all in the
Deed Records of Brazos County ; Texas , and lying ten feet ( 10 ' ) either
side of the following described centerline :

described in Volume 200, page 53 of the Deed Records of Brazos County ,
Texas , S 41° 46 ' 49" W - 450. 50 feet from the north corner of the said
