KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF BRAZOS -
That we , BRYAN AUTO SUPPLY, INC. ; CHARLES THOMAS ; R. W.
WOODARD and wife , DOROTHY WOODARD; of College Station, Brazos
County, Texas , inconsideration of TEN AND NO/100 ($10 . 00) DOL-
LARS, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell , and
convey, to the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION , TEXAS , its successors
and assigns , for the purpose of installing water, sewer, and gas
pipes„ telephone and power lines and poles, and conduits for
any other public utility, for the benefit of and as an easement
appurtenant to that land in the City of College Station, County
of Brazos , State of Texas , described as follows :
Being a strip Twenty (20 ' ) feet wide along the Southeast line
of Blocks "E" and "G" , COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION, an addition
to the City of College Station, Texas .
