Know all men by these presents, that I, R.T. Price _ __-�.__ __ __
of the County of Brazos , Stt4te of Teas , for and in considera-
tion of the sum of one 01.00) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City
of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the genera/ laws of the State of Texas, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents to grant, sell and ;aonvey unto the said City of College
Station, Texas certain rights and ,Intere,sts j,, the form of an EASEMENT
and through the following describecl property:
Centex'-line description of a ten (10) feet wide permanent utility easement.
Beginning at a stake in the common property line of Lot 4 and Lot 5,
Block 4, of Redmond Terrace Addition to the City of College Station, Texas,
said stake being N 8° 49' E, 59.41 feet from a one-half inch iron rod for
the most southwesterly corner of said Lot 5 and the most southeasterly
corner of Lot 4.
Thence S 63° 14' E, 73.36 feet to the center of an existing sanitary sewer
manhole in the center-line of an existing twenty (20) feet wide utility
easement as shown on the recorded plat of said Redmond Terrace Addition,
said manhole being the ending point of the herein described easement.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto
the said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns
forever and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators,
to warrant and forever defend, all and singular these rights and Interests
unto the said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or
any part thereof.
