That we, Allan Zidell, William F. Zidell and Alvin Zidell of
Dallas County, State of Texas , for and in consideration of
the sum of $1.00 to me cash in hand paid by the City of College
Station , Texas , a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas , the re—
ceipt tf which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of
College Station , Texas, certain rights and interests in the form of an
easement on and through the following described property. A drainane
easement 45 ft. in width:
Beginning at the common rear corner of Lots 11 and 12 in Block 4 of
Redmond Terrace, First Installment, College Station , Texas, as des—
cribed by plat recorded in Vol. 188, pg. 295, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas ;
THENCE N 26° 48' W — 48.52 ft. along the line between Lot 9 and Lot 11
in said Block 4;
THENCE S 68° 23' E — 376.98 ft. ;
THENCE S 84° 13 ' E — 207.36 ft. ;
THENCE 5 10° 04.5' E — 46.78 ft. to an iron rod;
THENCE N 84° 13' W — 226.4 ft. to the most southerly corner of Lot 16 in said
Block 4;
THENCE N 68° 23' W — 365.1 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
To have and to hold the rights and interest herein before described unto the
said City of College Station , Texas, and its successors and assigns forever
endue do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators ,to
warrant and forever defend, all and singular these rights and interest unto
the said City of College Station , Texas, and its successors and assigns,
against every person Lhomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or
any part thereof.

is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College
Station , Texas, certain rights andinterests in the form of an easement
on and through the following described property. _
A sanitary sewer easement fifteen (15) ft. in width and being seven
and one-half (7.5) ft. either side of the existing sanitary sewer
line across Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, in Block 4, Redmond
Terrace, First Installment College Station , Texas , as described by
plat recorded in Vol. 188, pg. 295, Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas.
