Know all men by these presents, that I, Wolfpen Qprp.
of the County of Brazos , State of Texas , for and in considera-
tion of the sum of one ( $ 1.00 ) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City
of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents to grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas
certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly right-of-way line of Anderson
Street, said point being located S4'°10'E approximately 161 feet from the most
westerly corner of Wolfpen Village.
Thence N35°E approximately 145 feet to the point of exit in a northerly
property line of Wolfpen Village, said point of exit being located S82°21E
approximately 154 feet, thence N69°41 'E approximately23 feet from said most
westerly corner df Wolfpen Village, this easement being for aerial purposes only.
Easment across Lot 1, Block 2, Wolfpen Village as per attached description.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and
I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and
forever defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City
of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
