That I , A. P. BOYETT, being the owner of the hereinafter de-
scribed property, do hereby make the following Dedication of the said
property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the J. E . SCOTT LEAGUE , in College Station, Brazos County, Texas ,
being a part of that 9 . 453 acre tract conveyed to A. P. Boyett by
Ben S . Ferguson by deed recorded in Volume 146, page 48 , of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas , and being-more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows :
BEGINNING at the common corner of the said Boyett 9 . 453 acre tract
and that tract conveyed to The Southwestern States Telephone Company
