• KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF BRAZOS •
That I , M. L. CASHION, being the owner of the hereinafter de-
scribed property, do hereby make the following Dedication of the said
property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the J. E. SCOTT LEAGUE, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas ,
being a part of that 0 . 4055 acre tract conveyed to M. L . Cashion by
H. E . Burgess by deed recorded in Volume 205 , page 323, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas , and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows :
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the common corner of the said M. L.
Cashion tract and that tract conveyed to C a17 e. § , },q4 S to gank by
deed recorded in Volume 189 , page 403, of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas , in the southeast line of that tract conveyed to A. P.
Boyett by deed recorded in Volume 146, page 48, of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE S 44° 47 ' 20" E - 19 . 03 feet along the line between the said
Cashion tract and the said College Station State Bank tract;
THENCE along the arc of a curve to the right (R=228 . 58 ' ) through a
central angle of 1° 38 ' 01", the chord of which bears S 70° 51 ' OS" W -
6 . 52 feet to the P.T. of said curve ;
THENCE S 71° 40 ' 05" W - 36 . 52 feet to the southeast line of the said
Boyett tract;
THENCE N 45° 18 ' E - 38. 57 feet along the southeast line of the said
Boyett tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 0 . 008 acres of
land, more or less .
I , the above named owner, do hereby dedicate the above described
property to the use of the Public fostreet right-of-way 4-poses .
