KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF BRAZOS •
That UNIVERSITY NATIONAL BANK, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS , being
the Owner of the hereinafter described property, does hereby make
the following Dedication of the said property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the J . E . SCOTT LEAGUE in College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
being a part of that 1. 622 acre tract conveyed to College Station
State Bank by J . C. Culpepper by deed recorded in Volume 189 , page
403, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , and beingmore par-
ticularly described by metes and bounds as follows :
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the common corner of the said College
Station State Bank tract and that tract conveyed to M. L. Cashion by
deed recorded in Volume 205, page 323, of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas , in the southeast line of that tract conveyed to A. P.
Boyett by deed recorded in Volume 146, page 48, of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE N 45° 18 ' E - 200 . 0 feet along the southeast line of the said
Boyett tract to an iron rod at the common corner of the said College
Station State Bank tract and that tract conveyed to Community Savings
and Loan Association by deed recorded in Volume 198, page 541, of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE S 44° 47' 20" E - 40 . 0 feet along the line between the said
College Station State Bank tract and the said Community Savings and
Loan tract ;
THENCE S 45° 18 ' W - 104 . 39 feet to the P. C. of a curve to the right;
THENCE along the arc of said curve (R=228. 58 ' ) through a central angle
of 24° 44 ' 04" to the northeast line of the said Cashion tract ;
THENCE N 44° 47 ' 20" W - 19 . 03 feet along the line between the said
Cashion tract and the said College Station State Bank tract to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 0 . 169 acres of land, more or less .
UNIVERSITY NATIONAL BANK, the above named owner, does hereby
dedicate the above described property to the use of the Public for street
