KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS •

That COMMUNITY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS , being the owner of the hereinafter described property, does
hereby make the following Dedication of the said property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the J . E . SCOTT LEAGUE , in College Station, Brazos County, Texas , being
a part of that 1. 21 acre tract conveyed to Community Savings and Loan
Association by J. C. Culpepper by deed recorded in Volume. _198, p age
541, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas , and being more par-
ticularly described by metes and bounds as follows :
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the southeast line of that tract conveyed
to A. P. Boyett by deed recorded in Volume 146, page 48, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas , at the common corner of the said
Community Savings and Loan tract and that tract conveyed to College
Station State Bank by deed recorded in Volume 189 , page 403, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE N 45° 18 ' E - 61 . 05 feet along the southeast line of the said
Boyett tract to the P .C . of a curve to the right (R=82 ' ) ;
THENCE along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 65° 10 '
03" to the P .T. of said curve;
THENCE S 69° 31 ' 57" E - 34 . 89 feet to the southwest line of that tract
conveyed to J. C. Culpepper, Sr. by deed recorded in Volume 283 , page
369, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas ;
THENCE S 44° 47 ' 20" E - 95 . 57 feet along the southwest line of the
said Culpepper tract;
THENCE N 69° 31 ' 57" W - 121 . 69 feet to the P. C. of a curve to the left
(R=42 ' ) ;
THENCE along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 65° 10 '
03" to the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE S 45° 18 ' W - 60 . 98 feet to the northeast line of the said
College Station State Bank tract;
THENCE N 44° 47 ' 20" W - 40 . 0 feet along the line between the said
College Station State Bank tract and the said Community Savings and Loan
tract to, the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 0 . 193 acres of land,
more or less .
COMMUNITY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, the above named owner,
does hereby dedicate the above described property to the use of the
Public for street right-of-way purposes .

corporation for the purposes and consideration therein expressed,
