tion of the sum of one ( $ 1.00 ) dollar to me cash in hand paid by the City
of College Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents to grant, sell and convey unto the said City of College Station, Texas,
certain rights and Interests in the form of an EASEMENT on and through the
following described property.

Beginning at a point in the northwest property line, said point
being located more or less easterly approximately 5 feet from the
most westerly corner of the, property.
Thence S45°E, approximately .parallel so and approximately 5 feet
northeast of the southwest property line, approximately 813 feet to
an angle point.
Thence continuing S68°E approximately 10 feet to the point of exit
in the southeast property line, said point being located approximately
N45°E approximately 12 feet from the most southerly corner of the property,

heague, conveyed to Frank A. Smith, 5-1-1970, Recorded in Vol. 285, pg. 796
of the Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas.
To have and to hold the rights and interests herein before described unto the
said City of College Station, Texas, and its successors and assigns forever and
I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant and
forever defend, all and singular these rights and Interests unto the said City
of College Station, Texas, and 1.ts successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
