I, C. Edgar Jones ; for and in consideration of the
sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, cash to me in hand, paid by the
City of College Station, Texas, and other valuable consid-
erations, receipt of which is acknowledged do hereby
give and grant to the City of College Station, Texas, the
right to construct, re-construct, and perpetually maintain
a sanitary sewer upon and across the following described
property:
Being a strip of land 20 feet in width situated in the Morgan
Rector League in Brazos County, Texas, being a part of that
tract described in deed recorded in Volume 92, page 30 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, the centerline of said
easement being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northeast line of a 142.62 acre
tract conveyed to Robert F. Spearman by C.Edgar Jones by deed
recorded in Volume 304, page 366 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, S 44° 59 ' 56" E - 322.48 feet from the north
corner of the said Spearman tract in the southeast line of
the Boriskie tract.
Thence through the said Jones tract as follows :
S 82° 42 ' 28" E - 361.3 __
feet to an angle point; N87° 19 ' 32" E.
698.0 feet to an angle point; S5_5° 41 ' 28" E - 423 .8 feet to
an angle point; S 29° 28 ' 28" E - 79.7 feet to a northwest
line of the said Spearman tract and the end of this easement.
An additional easement for construction purposes is
granted for a period of 00„ (1 ) v,ar from the date
hereon, said construction easement being a 16A foot
wide strip of land and the centerline of said construction
easement following the centerline of said 20 foot
sanitary sewer line easement.
