COUNTY OF BRAZOS
THAT ANTHONY J. CAPORINA, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR, cash to me in hand, paid by the City
of College Station, Texas, and other valuable considerations,
receipt of which is acknowledged, do hereby give and grant to
the City of College Station, Texas, the right to construct,
re-construct, and perpetually maintain a city street upon and
across the following described property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the Crawford Burnett League in
College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being a
part of Lot 18 in Block 2 of Glade East Section One,
an addition to the City of College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, according to plat of record in Volume
282, page 527 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning in the southwest line of the Dobrovolny Sub-
division an addition to the City of College Station,
Brazos County, Texas, according to plat of record in
Volume 318, page 227 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, at the common corner of Lot 9 in
Block 3 of the said Dobrovolny Subdivision and Lot
18 in Block 2 of the said Glade East Section One.
THENCE N 45 deg 04 ' W - 51. 64 feet along the line
between the said Dobrovolny Subdivision and the said
Glade East Section One to the most southerly corner
of Lot 19 in Block 2 of the said Dobrovolny Sub-
division;
THENCE along the arc of a curve to the right (R=109 .25' )
through a central angle of 56 deg 08 ' 05" , the chord
z of which bears S 87 deg 27' 58" W - 102. 81 feet to
the northeast line of Holik Drive and the Southwest
line of Lot 18 Block 2 of the said Glade East Section
One;
THENCE S 64 deg 28 ' E - 139. 43 feet along the north-
east line of Holik Drive to the southeast line of
the said Glade East Section One;
THENCE N 25 deg 32 ' E - 31.22 feet along the south-
east line of the said Glade East Section One to the
Point of Beginning and containing 0. 07 acres of land
more or less.
